§ 293.918. Unlawful to disclose confidential information that will create substantial risk of bodily harm
If a person discloses confidential information about a person in violation of NRS 293.900 to 293.914 , inclusive, and the person who makes the disclosure knows or reasonably should know
that such disclosure will create a substantial risk of bodily harm to the person about
whom the information pertains, the person who makes the disclosure is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
