§ 286.814. Participants ineligible for membership in Public Employees' Retirement System
Any member of the professional staff of the Nevada System of Higher Education enrolled
in the retirement program is ineligible for membership in the Public Employees' Retirement
System so long as the member remains continuously employed in any position by the
Nevada System of Higher Education and continues in the retirement program.
