§ 283.410. Judgment: Pronouncement; entry and assignment of cause of removal
Upon a conviction the court shall immediately, or at such time as it appoints, pronounce
judgment that the defendant be removed from office. To warrant a removal, the judgment shall be entered upon the minutes, and the cause
of removal shall be assigned therein.
