§ 278C.310. Effect of chapter
1. This chapter, without reference to other statutes of this State, except as otherwise
expressly provided in this chapter, constitutes full authority for the exercise of
powers granted in this chapter. 2. No other law with regard to the exercise of any power granted in this chapter that
provides for an election, requires an approval, or in any way impedes or restricts
the carrying out of the acts authorized to be done applies to any acts taken under
this chapter, except as provided in this chapter. 3. The powers conferred by this chapter are in addition and supplemental to, and not
in substitution for, and the limitations imposed by this chapter do not affect the
powers conferred by, any other law.
