§ 278A.510. Minute order: Specification of time for filing application for final approval
Unless the time is specified in an agreement entered into pursuant to NRS 278.0201 , if a plan is granted tentative approval, with or without conditions, the city or
county shall set forth, in the minute action, the time within which an application
for final approval of the plan must be filed or, in the case of a plan which provides
for development over a period of years, the periods within which application for final
approval of each part thereof must be filed.
