§ 278A.170. Common open space: Procedures for enforcing payment of assessment

The procedures for enforcing payment of an assessment for the maintenance of common

open space provided in NRS 116.3116 to 116.31168 , inclusive, are also available to any organization for the ownership and maintenance

of common open space established other than under this chapter or chapter 116 of NRS and entitled to receive payments from owners of property for such maintenance under

a recorded declaration of restrictions, deed restriction, restrictive covenant or

equitable servitude which provides that any reasonable and ratable assessment thereon

for the organization's costs of maintaining the common open space constitutes a lien

or encumbrance upon the property.
