§ 278.01735. “Renewable energy generation project” defined
“ Renewable energy generation project ” means a project involving an electric generating facility or system that uses renewable
energy as its primary source of energy to generate electricity. The term does not include a project involving an electric generating facility or
system that uses nuclear energy, in whole or in part, to generate electricity.
