§ 277.207. Priority for hearings in judicial actions and proceedings

All judicial actions and proceedings in which there may arise a question of the validity

of any matter under the provisions of NRS 277.190 to 277.220 , inclusive, shall be advanced as a matter of immediate public interest and concern,

and be heard at the earliest practicable moment.
