§ 268.697. “Natural gas project” defined

“ Natural gas project ” means facilities pertaining to a municipal natural gas system for the generation,

transmission, storage and distribution of natural gas, including, without limitation,

towers, generators, pumping plants, power plants, pumping stations, gauging stations,

conduits, transmission lines, engines, boilers, pumps, meters, pipes, resistors, transformers,

storage facilities, equipment, fixtures, and any other structures, buildings and facilities

for the generation, transmission, storage and distribution of natural gas, or any

combination thereof.
