§ 223.630. Account for the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology: Creation; administration; deposit of money; use; claims

1. The Account for the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology is hereby created

in the State General Fund. The Account must be administered by the Director of the Office of Science, Innovation

and Technology. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 223.631 and 223.660 , any money accepted pursuant to NRS 223.620 must be deposited in the Account. 3. The interest and income earned on the money in the Account, after deducting any

applicable charges, must be credited to the Account. 4. The money in the Account must only be used to carry out the duties of the Director. 5. Claims against the Account must be paid as other claims against the State are paid.
