§ 223.472. Creation; budget; offices
1. There is hereby created within the Office of the Governor the Office of Federal
Assistance for the purpose of obtaining and maximizing federal assistance. 2. The Governor shall propose a budget for the Office. 3. The Office shall maintain an office located in an urban area in northern Nevada
and an office located in an urban area in southern Nevada.
