§ 218H.220. Supplementary registration statement required upon change in registration information; exceptions

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4, a registrant shall file a supplementary

registration statement with the Director after any change in the information in the

registrant's most recent registration statement, including, without limitation, any

change in the information relating to: (a) Any address, telephone number or electronic mail address; or (b) The representation of a client. 2. The supplementary registration statement must be filed as soon as practicable and,

if the change in the information occurs while the Legislature: (a) Is in a regular or special session, within 24 hours after the change. (b) Is not in regular or special session, within 14 days after the change. 3. The supplementary registration statement must include complete details concerning

the changes that have occurred. 4. This section does not apply to a registrant who ceases all lobbying activities

and complies with the provisions of subsection 2 of NRS 218H.180 .
