§ 218F.200. Appropriation of money to Legislative Fund to carry out functions; payment of claims
1. Money to carry out the functions of the Legislative Counsel Bureau must be provided
by legislative appropriation from the State General Fund to the Legislative Fund. 2. All claims must be approved by the Director or the Director's designee before they
are paid.
