§ 217.570. “Criminal activity” defined
“ Criminal activity ” means an offense for which the elements are substantially similar to an offense
described in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(15)(U)(iii) or the attempt, solicitation or conspiracy to commit such an offense.
