§ 217.150. Standards for compensation

The Director shall, so far as practicable, formulate standards for the uniform application

of NRS 217.010 to 217.270 , inclusive, by the compensation officers in the determination of the amount of any

compensation payable pursuant to NRS 217.010 to 217.270 , inclusive. The standards must take into consideration rates and amounts of compensation payable

for injuries and death under other laws of this state and of the United States.
