§ 205.880. Obtaining care for child in child care establishment with intent to defraud keeper or proprietor; penalty; exception
1. Any person who obtains care for any child in any child care establishment with
intent to defraud the keeper or proprietor of that establishment is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. This section does not apply where there has been an agreement in writing for delay
in payment for a period exceeding 10 days.
