§ 178A.090. “Law enforcement official” defined

1. “ Law enforcement official ” means: (a) Any person employed by a law enforcement agency; or (b) Any person employed by a public school, private school or institution of higher

education whose primary duty is to enforce the law. 2. For purposes of this section: (a) “Institution of higher education” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 179D.045 . (b) “ Private school ” means a nonprofit private elementary or secondary educational institution that is

licensed in this State. (c) “Public school” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 388.127 .
