§ 171.1777. Issued citations: Audit of records

Every record of misdemeanor citations required by NRS 171.177 to 171.1779 , inclusive, shall be audited at least semiannually by the appropriate fiscal officer

of the governmental agency to which the law enforcement agency is responsible.
