§ 171.164. Severability

If any part of NRS 171.154 to 171.164 , inclusive, is for any reason declared void, it is declared to be the intent of NRS 171.154 to 171.164 , inclusive, that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions

of those sections.
