§ 148.380. Additional bond of personal representative; agreement or option to purchase
1. The order must fix the amount of such additional bond as the court determines should
be given by the personal representative, who is not entitled to receive any of the
proceeds from the agreement or option until the bond is given and approved. 2. When the order is entered, the personal representative shall execute, acknowledge
and deliver an agreement or option to purchase containing the conditions specified
in the order and setting forth therein that it is made by authority of the order,
and giving the date of the order.
