§ 148.120. Division of commission upon confirmation of highest bid
When an offer is presented for confirmation by the court, other offerors may submit

commission must be divided between the listing agent and the agent, if any, who procured
the purchaser to whom the sale was confirmed, in accordance with the listing agreement. If the agent who procured the offer presented for confirmation by the court is not
the agent who procured the purchaser to whom the sale was confirmed, then the real
