§ 147.050. Claims of personal representative
1. If a personal representative is a creditor of the decedent, the claim must be filed

be paid as other claims in due course of administration. 2. If the court rejects the claim, action thereon may be brought by the personal representative
as claimant against the estate, and summons must be served upon the court, which shall
appoint an attorney, at the expense of the estate, to defend the action. If the claimant fails to recover, the claimant must pay all costs, including reasonable
