§ 143.365. Authority to administer estate without court supervision; request for court supervision
1. Subject to the limitations and conditions of NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive, a personal representative who has been granted authority to administer
the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive, may administer the estate as provided pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive, without court supervision, but in all other respects, the personal representative
shall administer the estate in the same manner as a personal representative who has
not been granted authority to administer the estate pursuant to NRS 143.300 to 143.815 , inclusive. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 1, the personal representative may
obtain court supervision of any action to be taken by the personal representative
during administration of the estate.
