§ 125C.0663. Testimony by electronic means

In a proceeding brought under NRS 125C.0659 to 125C.0677 , inclusive, a party or witness who is not reasonably available to appear personally

may appear and provide testimony and present evidence by electronic means unless the

court finds good cause to require a personal appearance.
