§ 125C.0619. “Deploying parent” defined

“ Deploying parent ” means a service member or civilian employee who is deployed or has been notified

of impending deployment, and is: 1. A parent of a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693 , inclusive; or 2. A person other than a parent who has custodial responsibility of a child under

the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693 , inclusive.
