§ 120A.733. Fraudulent claims; penalty

Any person who knowingly makes a fraudulent claim from the Administrator on the property

of another with the intent to deprive that person of the property shall be punished: 1. Where the value of the property involved is $650 or more, for a category C felony

as provided in NRS 193.130 . In addition to any other penalty, the court shall order the person to pay restitution. 2. Where the value of the property is less than $650, for a misdemeanor.
