§ 119A.240. Representatives: Qualifications for registration
for honesty, trustworthiness and competence; (b) Applies for registration in the manner provided by the Division; (c) Submits the statement required pursuant to NRS 119A.263 ; and (d) Pays the fees provided for in this chapter. 2. An application for registration as a representative must include the social security
