§ 116B.145. “Liability for shared expenses” defined

“ Liability for shared expenses ” means the liability for shared expenses allocated to each residential unit as set

forth in the declaration. The hotel unit owner has the power to charge the residential unit owners for such

unit owners’ allocated liability for the shared expenses, including, without limitation,

the maintenance, insurance, repair or replacement of the hotel unit and shared components.
