§ 597.688. Lemon Law Buyback: Civil action
A person who incurs an injury or damages as the proximate result of a violation of
the provisions of NRS 597.682 , 597.684 or 597.686 may commence an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for the recovery of his
or her actual damages, costs and reasonable attorney's fees and for any punitive damages
that the facts may warrant.
