§ 503.5833. Submission of certain information regarding holder of permit or license to Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of Department of Health and Human Services

and Supportive Services the name, address and social security number of each person
who holds a permit or license issued pursuant to NRS 503.582 or 503.583 and any pertinent changes in that information.
