§ 482.292. “Document” defined

As used in this section and NRS 482.293 and 482.294 , unless the context otherwise requires, “ document ” means an application, notice, report, statement or other record relating to the

issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration, or the issuance of a certificate

of title, pursuant to this chapter.
