§ 482.071. “Motor home” defined
“ Motor home ” means a structure: 1. Attached permanently to a self-propelled motor vehicle chassis; 2. Designed as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational or camping use; and 3. When assembled for the road, has a maximum body width of 102 inches.
