§ 433.464. Right to habeas corpus unimpaired
The provisions of chapters 433 to 433C, inclusive, of NRS do not limit the right of
any person detained hereunder to a writ of habeas corpus upon a proper application
made at any time by such person or any other person on his or her behalf.
