§ 271.6321. Requirements for construction; laws relating to public bidding, public works and public procurement not applicable

Construction of a qualified improvement project within a district created pursuant

to NRS 271.6312 must be completed through independent contracts with contractors licensed in Nevada. The municipality is not responsible for the construction, or any defects or delays

thereof. The laws of this State relating to public bidding, public works or public procurement

are not applicable to contracts for construction of a qualified improvement project.
