§ 271.099. ”Energy efficiency improvement project” defined

“ Energy efficiency improvement project ” means the installation or modification of one or more energy efficiency improvements

and incidentals which are necessary, useful or desirable for any such improvements

and which installation or modification has a useful life, as estimated by a governing

body, of not less than 10 years.
