§ 243.390. Surveys of boundaries required
The boards of county commissioners of the several counties of this state are hereby
authorized and required to have made an accurate survey of the boundaries between
the several counties within this state, in which the same have not been established
according to law. The boards of county commissioners of the counties adjoining are required to arrange
for the making of such survey and notify the county surveyors of their respective
counties thereof.
