§ 169.151. “Prohibited offense” defined

1. “ Prohibited offense ” means: (a) A violation of a temporary order for protection; (b) A violation of NRS 200.575 ; (c) A crime of violence; (d) A violation of NRS 483.490 ; or (e) A violation of NRS 483.560 . 2. As used in this section, “ temporary order for protection ” means an order for protection which may be issued by a court without affording the

adverse party notice and an opportunity to be heard.
