§ 90-14-109. Coordination Requirements -- Coordination Of Programs
Coordination requirements -- coordination of programs. The governor shall ensure that program activities under this part be coordinated with similar programs administered under federal acts and programs already established in this state in order to maximize coordination of programs and to prevent overlapping and duplication of services.
