§ 87-4-528. Unscheduled Inspections By Department
Unscheduled inspections by department. The department shall conduct unscheduled inspections of all shooting preserves licensed under this part to ensure that pertinent statutes as well as the rules and regulations of the department are being followed and obeyed.
