§ 85-8-113. Proof Of Service And Publication

Proof of service and publication. The certificate of the clerk of the court or other public officer or the affidavit of any other person who knows the facts, affixed to a copy of said notice, shall be sufficient evidence of the posting, serving, mailing, or publication thereof.
