§ 85-7-1833. Proceedings Subsequent To Presenting Petition

Proceedings subsequent to presenting petition. When said petition is duly presented to the district court, all further proceedings with reference to lands, the owners of which seek to form a new and separate district, shall be as prescribed in 85-7-101 through 85-7-103 , 85-7-1504 (1), 85-7-1505 , and 85-7-1507 , and all further proceedings with reference to lands, the owners of which desire that they be incorporated in another existing district, shall be as prescribed in 85-7-1809 and 85-7-1810 , insofar as said provisions are not inconsistent with the purposes of 85-7-1831 through 85-7-1833 .
