§ 85-5-103. Oath And Bond

Oath and bond. Each water commissioner appointed by the court shall subscribe and file with the clerk of the district court an oath of office before commencing the discharge of duties as commissioner and shall file with the clerk a bond executed by the commissioner, with two or more sureties, in a sum that the judge of the court may designate, to ensure the faithful discharge of the commissioner's duties.
