§ 85-2-369. Permit Not Required For Testing
Permit not required for testing. (1) Water testing or monitoring is not a beneficial use of water requiring the filing of a permit application. (2) A permit is not required if the intent of a person is to conduct aquifer tests, water quality tests, water level monitoring, or other testing or monitoring of a water source.
