§ 76-15-523. Depository Of District Funds
Depository of district funds. The treasury of the principal county is the depository of all of the county tax funds of the district. The district may receive upon demand all or a portion of the district funds from the county treasury and deposit the funds in a bank or financial institution in such account as the board of supervisors considers appropriate for the operation and administration of the district.
