§ 70-28-102. General Procedural Provisions Applicable
General procedural provisions applicable. The provisions of Title 25, chapter 3, parts 2 and 3, and Rules 4 and 12(a), M.R.Civ.P., so far as they are not in conflict with this part, are applicable to the action herein provided for.
