§ 7-8-2708. Function Of Land Advisory Board
Function of land advisory board. (1) The board shall advise boards of county commissioners in the direction, control, care, management, appraisal, lease, sale, exchange, and disposition of all lands, when so requested by said board of county commissioners. (2) The board may recommend the examination, classification, and appraisal of such lands as in its opinion have not previously been properly examined, classified, and appraised. (3) The board may be called upon by boards of county commissioners to assist in making exchanges of lands with other owners.
