§ 7-7-2401. Authorization To Borrow Money
Authorization to borrow money. The board of county commissioners has jurisdiction and power, under such limitations and restrictions as are prescribed by law, to borrow money upon the credit of the county to meet current expenses if the county revenue is insufficient.
