§ 7-7-2257. Registration Of Bonds

Registration of bonds. (1) When executed by the officers of the county, the bonds must be registered by the county treasurer before being delivered to the purchaser. (2) The registration must show: (a) the date of issue, the maturities of the bonds subject to early redemption and the redemption dates, and the date when the bonds become due; and (b) the amount of all payments of both principal and interest required on each bond, with the dates when the payments must be paid.
