§ 7-6-2411. List Of Claims Allowed Or Rejected

List of claims allowed or rejected. The county clerk and recorder shall return to the county auditor, within 10 days after the adjournment of each session of the board of county commissioners, a list of the claims allowed or rejected, either in whole or in part, by them. This list must be recorded by the auditor in a book kept for that purpose and carefully preserved in the auditor's office.
