§ 7-5-105. Effective Date Of Ordinance

Effective date of ordinance. No ordinance other than an emergency ordinance shall be effective until 30 days after second and final adoption. The ordinance may provide for a delayed effective date or may provide for the ordinance to become effective upon the fulfillment of an indicated contingency.
